Made South creates events that celebrate the best makers, food, drink, music and art in the South.

Some of our favorite work to date, we will close out the year with our tenth scheduled shoot for Made South. Being raised in Alabama by story tellers, food lovers, and purveyors of southern culture, this work means a great deal to me. Silver Highway partners with Made South to create images that help tell their story in web, print, and social media.
RESULTS
Our work with Made South combines our great love for story telling and photography. Our photos have been used for marketing channels of southern made artists, restaurants, and distributors all over the south, as well as the combined Made South social media following of almost 60,000.
Images have also been posted in multiple online magazines in the Greater Nashville area and beyond, and featured prominently on the Made South website and promotional pieces.
ABOUT MADESOUTH
When founder Chris Thomas' mother suddenly passed away in 2011, it sparked a desire to rediscover his Southern roots and family history. Made South brings together talented Southern makers, producers, craftsmen, artisans, activists, musicians, and entrepreneurs for events held across the Southeast. Chris Thomas has worked to curate an extensive community of the best chefs, distilleries, artists, and personalities in the south to create inclusive and memorable experiences. He has a gift for breaking down barriers to make sure everyone is given a voice and a platform to share their talent.
Perhaps the South, the nation and the world are in dire need of creative extremists.
